How I Spent 5 Years Of My Life
Here's a FANTASTIC video from @ 2000 that I played for the new hire classes I used to teach for 3 of the (at the time) major Internet service providers that my company contracted to do support for. This was Day 1 Stuff. We always had fun with this one...if you've ever done phone support you'll realize this is way more true than some want to admit. Have fun:
